As Master Brewer, she brings the magic behind Syang’s — crafting every batch of kombucha and sparkling tea with soulful hands, ancestral know-how, and unwavering care. Her recipes aren’t written — they’re felt, remembered, and honored.
A proud mother to CEO Ashish Syangbo Tamang, she is the cultural heartbeat of the brand. Her intuitive brewing methods, deep connection to the land, and gentle power give Syang’s its authentic taste and timeless essence.

A former government engineer, a former defence officer and graduate of the Indian Naval Academy, Ashish Syangbo Tamang combines Himalayan soul with strategic vision. After years of government service, he returned to his roots — driven by a dream to create something deeper than a brand: a wellness legacy.
As Co-Founder and CEO, Ashish brings discipline, humility, and an unshakable passion for health. Inspired by his mother’s brewing and the wisdom of his homeland, he leads Syang’s with a clear mission — to craft natural, functional beverages that heal, energize, and preserve heritage.
Under his leadership, Syang’s is not just growing — it’s building a community of conscious consumers, farmers, and changemakers across India and beyond.

An IIM Calcutta alumnus and lifelong friend of Ashish, Pritam is the creative force behind Syang’s brand, outreach, and market strategy. With a background in tech and brand storytelling, he bridges modern markets with Himalayan authenticity.Every modern movement needs a digital backbone — and for Syang’s, that’s Mr. Pritam Subba, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. A proud IIM Calcutta MBA graduate and longtime friend of Ashish, Pritam blends tech innovation with strategic growth.
From scaling operations to refining digital touchpoints, he ensures Syang’s stays both grounded in tradition and ready for tomorrow. His role bridges the gap between data and emotion, making sure every tech decision reflects the brand’s heart and purpose.
