At Syang's, we’re committed to making your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. This page explains how we handle replacements and refunds for orders placed on our official website or through any other platform where Syang's products are available.
This policy works alongside our Shipping Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements on most products—unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.
A product is eligible for replacement only if:

It arrives damaged, defective, or expired.

The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

It is unused and returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and any free gifts or samples.
To initiate a replacement:

Capture at least 4 clear images showing the product’s front, back, label, and the damaged area.

Return the product only after we confirm your request.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and ship a fresh piece at no extra cost.
Note: Products bought on sale, used items, or those returned without packaging or labels will not be eligible. Replacements for bulk orders will only be processed if damaged, and are subject to our approval.
Refund Policy
Syang's generally does not offer refunds or credits. However, a refund may be processed in the following cases:

You were overcharged.

The product price changed before dispatch.

The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the order was paid via cash on delivery, we’ll process the refund through UPI or bank transfer, as preferred.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. Items bought on sale, with a discount, or using gift cards are non-refundable—but can still be replaced if eligible.
Out of Stock Products
If any item in your order is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 2 working days. You’ll have the option to:

Replace it with another item.

Modify or remove the product from your order.
If we don’t hear back within 2 days, we’ll ship the rest of your order and refund the unavailable item.

We aim to keep things simple and fair. All decisions on replacements and refunds are at the sole discretion of Syang's. This policy may be updated from time to time, so please check this page periodically.
