Shipping Policy – Syang's

At Syang, we make sure your orders are delivered on time, in great condition, and without hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works with us.


Delivery Timeline

Once your payment is confirmed, we start processing your order. We ship across India using our trusted delivery partners. Orders are usually shipped within 1–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered within 5–14 days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking ID once your package is shipped so you can stay updated every step of the way.


Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We inspect every product before shipping it out, so you get exactly what you ordered.


Shipping Charges

We charge a flat ₹250 shipping fee for orders below ₹1000. But good news—orders above ₹1000 come with free shipping. The final shipping cost (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this ID to check the live status of your delivery directly on the courier partner's website.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it—as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


Undelivered Orders

If the delivery can’t be completed and your order is returned to us, we’ll reach out to you with options for replacement or refund as per our policy. Make sure the address and contact details you provide are accurate to avoid delivery issues.


Bulk Orders

For any bulk order requests, we handle shipping and delivery separately. Our team will coordinate all details directly with you once the order is placed offline.
